A key contributor for the Georgia Bulldogs is no longer on the team.
Jeremiah Holloman, a wide receiver for the Bulldogs, is no longer a member of the team as of Friday. The Covington News were the first to report that he was dismissed by the team.
Head coach Kirby Smart issued a statement to the publication, stating that he “no longer represents the University of Georgia football program.”
Holloman’s dismissal from the program is due in part to an incident filed to the UGA Police Department, in which it is alleged that he assaulted a woman in April 2018.
