Despite another up-and-down year in the conference, the SEC figures to be prominently featured in this year’s edition of the draft. Kentucky, a constant fixture of late, could have three highly touted players go in the first round as Skal Labissiere, Jamal Murray and Tyler Ulis have been thought of as first round talents.
Elsewhere, Vanderbilt could have two first round picks in the form of Wade Baldwin and Damian Jones. Meanwhile, the top pick in the draft figures to be Ben Simmons of LSU, as he and Duke’s Brandon Ingram have figuratively been jockeying for that position since the beginning of the year, it would seem.
So, tune in tonight to see what goes down. It should be something of a spectacle, as always, and we’ll have coverage for you the whole way.
