LSU Tigers wide receiver Malachi Dupre has been drafted by the Green Bay Packers!
Dupre was selected with the 247th overall pick in the 2017 NFL Draft by the Packers, giving the wide receiver a new home after being in Baton Rouge these last few years.
Funnily enough, Dupre already has some experience playing at Lambeau Field after the Tigers played the Wisconsin Badgers there this past season.
Malachi is the eighth LSU player to be drafted this year as he joins Kendell Beckwith, Jamal Adams, Leonard Fournette, Davon Godchaux, Ethan Pocic, Tre’Davious White and Duke Riley. The eight players drafted for the Tigers is the most since they sent nine to the league in the 2014 NFL Draft.
Best of luck to Dupre in the NFL!
