SEC leads 2016 NFL Draft with 51 draft picks

+

Guess who led yet again?

That's right. For the tenth draft in a row, the Southeastern Conference led the charge in draft picks. In total, 51 players from the conference were selected, the most of any conference in the country. The Big Ten came within four of the SEC's mark but the streak lives on.

The last time the SEC didn't lead in draft picks was all the way back in 2006. With a loaded class coming in 2017, it wouldn't be shocking to see that trend continue yet again.
