The Missouri Tigers had a can of whoop ass opened on them on Saturday afternoon by the Florida Gators, losing 40-14 in a game that wasn’t ever particularly close.
That aside, there was an eye-popping moment during the game that grabbed the attention of some of the Mizzou faithful. That was the appearance of former ace pitcher and current Washington Nationals hurler Max Scherzer on one of the play cards that the Tigers had used during the game.
At first, there was the reaction.
Is that Max Scherzer on one of Mizzou's defensive play cards?

Pretty cool #Mizzou uses a picture of @Max_Scherzer as a play call

And then, the man who was pictured spotted it himself and took to the Twittersphere to react on his own.
Ok I saw this and flipped out! Does this mean I get to call a play? Ace Right Thunder 97 Zip on 2! pic.twitter.com/q6kPpuX1xG

He’s already got the hang of it, doesn’t he?
