The Miami Dolphins decided to play both side of the Iron Bowl’s fence on Thursday. They took Alabama Crimson Tide quarterback Tua Tagovailoa with the 5th overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft, and spent a later pick in the first round on Auburn Tigers defensive back Noah Igbinoghene.
Igbinoghene had 92 total tackles in his career and one interception back in his sophomore season. He came away with 18 total passes defended in his three years with the Tigers and played well against some of the best wide receivers in the nation. At 5-11, 200 lbs., Igbinoghene certainly has the frame and the skillset to have a worthwhile career in the NFL.
Best of luck to Noah with the Phins!
