The Vanderbilt Commodores look to get in the win column for the first time this season when they head to Colorado on Saturday to face the Colorado State Rams.
How to watch
Time: 10 p.m. ET
TV: CBS Sports Network
Line: Colorado State -6.5
Total: 58.5
The Clark Lea Era isn’t off to the best start for Vanderbilt. The Commodores opened the season last week with a 23-3 loss to East Tennessee State, and to make things even worse, Ken Seals looked bad in the first start of his sophomore season, going 20/35 for 195 yards and throwing two interceptions.
Having a returning quarterback was supposed to be one of the bright spots for optimism for this Vanderbilt team, and Seals could still turn it around, but it was certainly an auspicious start.
A positive for Vandy is the fact that the Rams are in the same boat, losing 42-23 to South Dakota State at home to open their season.
It will be interesting to see which team will be able to shake off the stench of last week and get their season on track.
