NCAA Tournament bracket 2017: Kentucky a 2 seed, playing Northern Kentucky in Round of 64

The SEC regular season and tournament champs open up in Indianapolis.

The Kentucky Wildcats earned their auto-bid earlier Sunday and were announced as a No. 2 seed in the 2017 NCAA Tournament.

The Wildcats are in the NCAA Tourney for the 57th time in their program’s illustrious history. This year, they will attempt to win their first NCAA Championship since 2012 and their ninth overall.

They’ll begin play in the South Region against the Northern Kentucky Norse in the Round of 64.
