The 2016 College World Series gets underway later this Saturday afternoon in Omaha. Eight teams will be vying for the National Championship, with its best-of-three final series set to take place later this month from June 27-29.
Florida will try their luck in obtaining their first championship in program history. The Gators were runners up in both 2005 and 2011 and have tried and failed in their previous nine appearances in the CWS.
