Everyone will be appearing at least once on the network, though these aren't a lot of premier games. Mostly that's due to the glut of non-conference games at the beginning of the season. It wouldn't shock me too if this was some kind of hedge against TV providers not picking up the network right at season's beginning.
Once conference play really picks up, you'll see a lot better games on the slate.
