Joe Brady’s time in Baton Rouge has come to an end.
The Broyles Award-winning Passing Game Coordinator for the LSU Tigers is heading back to the NFL. Adam Schefter reported the news on Tuesday that Brady will be joining Matt Rhule’s coaching staff with the Carolina Panthers.
LSU’s passing game coordinator Joe Brady has told people today that he is planning to return to the NFL and the Carolina Panthers, per league sources.

Jourdan Rodrigue of The Athletic would later confirm the news that Brady is set to be the Baylor Bears’ former head coach’s offensive coordinator.

This is not Brady’s first stop in the NFC South. In 2017 and 2018, Brady was on Sean Payton’s staff with the New Orleans Saints. So, the 30-year old is heading back to the pros after just one year in college.
