Who will win the Heisman Trophy? For the first time in a while, there’s some serious doubt cast upon that question.

Tua Tagovailoa of the Alabama Crimson Tide, Kyler Murray of the Oklahoma Sooners, and Dwayne Haskins of the Ohio State Buckeyes are all in New York City on this Saturday evening, and one of them will be taking home the coveted ‘stiff arm’ trophy.

Although Haskins had a tremendous season under center for OSU, the race has become something of a two-man game. Murray and Tagovailoa have been the most talked about contenders and there’s been some jostling back and forth between who the consensus favorite is. Lately, Murray has been seen has the favorite, especially after Tua went down in last week’s SEC Championship Game. And he was named the AP Player of the Year and won the Davey O’Brien Award, handed out to the best QB in the nation.

However, Tagovailoa won both the Walter Camp Award and the Maxwell Award, handed out annually to the best player in college football (which begs the question as to why he didn’t win best QB if he’s the best player... but I digress). So, which is it? Who will it be? Your guess is as good as ours and we’ll find out soon enough.
