LSU 11, FLORIDA 0

In a game that poured into Saturday morning due to weather, the LSU Tigers eliminated the Florida Gators via an 11-0 rout.

The Gators were sent packing after LSU dropped three runs on them in the 3rd inning and then a whopping eight runs in the 6th. They dropped the hammer on them without even hitting a home run, scoring on singles, wild pitches, doubles and throwing errors. It was quite the display for the Tigers, who’ve somehow, someway made a magnificent run to the SEC Tourney Semis.

The victory for LSU puts them in the semis against Arkansas, whom they faced in last year’s finals. They will take on the winner of Texas A&M-Ole Miss, which is going on as we speak.
