In a bit of a surprise move, the Orlando Magic have seleted Auburn Tigers forward Chuma Okeke with the 16th pick in the NBA Draft.
Okeke had a strong season for the Tigers, finishing the year averaging 12.0 points and 6.8 rebounds per game before suffering a torn ACL in Auburn’s Elite Eight win over North Carolina.
As a result, Okeke will likely miss the entire 2019-20 NBA season as he rehabs his injury, but the pick has a very high ceiling.
