Florida Gators running back Kelvin Taylor has just been selected by the San Francisco 49ers in the 2016 NFL Draft.
The Niners have decided to use the No. 211 overall pick on Taylor, who had a spirited career at Florida, to add to their ground game that already features former Ohio State Buckeyes running back Carlos Hyde.
In being drafted, Taylor becomes the sixth Florida Gator to be drafted in 2016.
If the last name sounds familiar, it should: Kelvin is the son of former Pro Bowl running back Fred Taylor who made a name for himself with the Jacksonville Jaguars in the late 1990s and much of the 2000s.
If you feel old now, we can't blame you.
Best of luck to Kelvin in the NFL!
