ESPN Is Suing Verizon Over TV Bundles

Verizon is planning to sell slimmed down TV bundles for its FiOS service, and ESPN doesn't like it. The core of the dispute is that ESPN and ESPN2 would be on a separate sports tier, which the worldwide leader says violates its distribution contract with Verizon. To be clear, this is only about FiOS and has nothing to do with Verizon Wireless's unbundled TV plans.
