Sprints Returns, in a Brand New Way

Some of you who have been around here a while will remember "Sprints," which was our often-sporadic link-dump post for years. Well, link-dumps are kind of dead now, done away by Twitter and the fact that there are so many of them. At the same time, Sprints was a great place to throw quick bursts of news and commentary at you.

So we're reviving the concept, just in a different format. From now on, there will be a Sprints section on the front page, carrying generally short notes and opinions from around the conference. It might feature bits from social media, something that amuses us, even a bit of national news here and there. Sometimes, we might add the item in question to the front page, and sometimes we might not -- so keep an eye on it.

Sprints is dead. Long live Sprints.
