….but I think you can blame government incompetence, most likely.
…..Interesting note: Your school tag cost $50 a year extra in Alabama, but you can personalize it at no extra charge. Only thing is that it takes two trips, and you have to go through the line at the courthouse twice, which requires a whole day off work each time in Birmingham these days…
