Final explanation of my ballot coming late today. Ties broken: Boise State-Oklahoma State, because I'm tired of arguing about Boise this year and that seemed the easiest way to avoid it; Missouri-Michigan State, because the Tigers were ranked 15th on both ballots; Florida State-TAMU, because there was less disagreement on the Seminoles; Mississippi State-Nebraska, because of the homerism bonus for SEC teams; Utah-N.C. State, because the Wolfpack were pegged at 23rd on both ballots.
