Class of 2018 safety Tyrese Ross announced on Friday that he is committed to the Mississippi State.

The 6-foot, 180 pound Ross is the Bulldogs’ 13th commitment in the class of 2018. The Atlanta native, a 3-star player, is the 88th-ranked safety in America and the 107th overall recruit in the state of Georgia, according to 247Sports.
Ross committed to Mississippi State over schools like Pitt, UCLA, Miami, West Virginia and Kansas.
With Ross’ commitment, the Bulldogs’ 2018 class moved to 35th nationally and still sits seventh in the SEC.
