The 4-star linebacker has been one of the Tigers’ biggest targets throughout the recruiting cycle. The Tucker, Georgia native flirted with both Ohio State and Georgia before deciding The Plains would be his future home.
The 6-foot-2, 213 pound linebacker is Auburn’s 10th commitment in the 2018 class. He is ranked as the nation’s No. 11 inside linebacker according to 247Sports and is ranked 27th among all recruits in the state of Georgia.
Harris recently attended the Tigers’ recent recruiting events, including Big Cat Weekend on June 3 and the Auburn cookout this past weekend.
Harris is Auburn’s first linebacker commit of the 2018 cycle, but keep on an eye on Zakoby McClain, JJ Peterson and a few others as potential future additions.
