A big weekend for Mizzou football continues, they get another kid out of the great state of Texas to commit for the class of 2018.

Kam Scott, a 3-star wide receiver from Manvel High School, committed to the Tigers on Sunday night.

Kam shared on his twitter page how Dez Bryant is his favorite player, and after watching just a few plays in his commitment video, and his highlights, you see the big playmaker ability that his idol Dez has. Listed at 6-foot-3, 175 lbs., the kid is light but moves very smoothly and has big-time speed.

Mizzou beat out Baylor, Louisville and Illinois to win over this kid. Kam is another good piece for a Mizzou recruiting class that has gotten some good talent from the state of Texas.

This weekend as been a big success for Mizzou landing their first 4-star recruit earlier today in Chad Bailey, as well as getting five other talented kids to commit. This weekend is hopefully the start of many more great weekends around Tiger Nation.
