No surprises here.

The weekly polls are out, and the SEC still has a slew of teams featured in the Top 25.

The Alabama Crimson Tide unsurprisingly remain at the top of the charts. The Tide are No. 1 in both the USA TODAY Amway Coaches Poll and the AP Top 25. The Tide received 59 of 61 first-place votes in the AP Top 25 and 61 of the 64 first-place votes in the Coaches Poll.

The Georgia Bulldogs are hot on Alabama’s tail however, as the Dawgs are 2nd in both polls. UGA didn’t receive any first-place votes in either of the polls, but still received enough points to get to 2nd place. UGA is ahead of the Ohio State Buckeyes, Clemson Tigers and Notre Dame Fighting Irish, who are the consensus Top 5 in both.

There are no other Top 10 teams for the SEC, but they still comprise much of the rest of the bunch. The other six teams featured are the LSU Tigers, Florida Gators, Kentucky Wildcats, Auburn Tigers, Mississippi St. Bulldogs and Texas A&M Aggies.

Although they fell to Florida, LSU remains ahead of the Gators as they sit at 12th in the Coaches Poll and 13th in the AP Poll. Speaking of, UF is right behind them at 14th in the AP Poll but are merely 16th in the Coaches Poll. Going down the list, Kentucky appears at 18th in the AP Poll and 20th in the Coaches Poll.

Rounding things out are Auburn, Texas A&M and Mississippi State. While State isn’t in the Coaches Poll, they finessed their way into the 24th spot in the AP Poll. Auburn is 21st in both polls, while A&M is 22nd in each.
