Grant is commit #14 for Tennessee in 2018 and the second Georgia running back to commit in as many days. Butler’s Lyn-J Dixon committed to the Vols on Saturday, as the future backfield seems to be taking shape.
Tennessee’s 2018 class still trails the vaunted class for LSU for the top spot in the SEC, but Grant’s addition has them projected to leapfrog Clemson, Oregon and FSU for the sixth spot in the country in the recruiting rankings on 247Sports.
The 5-foot-10 1⁄2”, 190-pound running back ranks 43rd in the Peach State, 19th among all running backs in 2018 and is the 399th overall recruit in the nation. He held offers from 21 schools but ultimately set on Tennessee to be his school of choice.
And according to Jatavious Harris, a three-star wide receiver commit for the Vols, we shouldn’t expect them to be done today either...
Just got word we're about to get 2 commits in the next 2 hours LETS RIDE BABY 5:30 & 7:30 #DOM1N8
