2018 four-star receiver Kenan Jones has recommitted to the LSU Tigers.

The Berwick, Louisiana native had committed back in January before de-committing just a few weeks ago. Evidently, as per his Twitter page, Jones decided to rejoin the Tigers’ 2018 class on Saturday night.

The 6-foot-3, 205-pound standout at wide receiver is a four-star player per 247Sports Composite. He ranks 11th in the state of Louisiana, 49th among wide receivers and 291st overall in the nation.

The addition of Jones keeps LSU atop the SEC rankings, where they were before his commitment Saturday night, and allows them to retain their third-place spot in the nation as well. LSU is currently looking up at the Miami Hurricanes and the Penn State Nittany Lions in the rankings, as the ‘Canes and the Nittany Lions are sitting at No. 1 and No. 2 at the moment.

In the wake of Jones’ commitment, it’s obvious that head coach Ed Orgeron continues to recruit the state of Louisiana hard. Jones is now the ninth player in the 2018 class to hail from the Bayou State. Kelvin Joseph, Davin Cotton, Damone Clark, Micah Baskerville, Travez Moore, Jaray Jenkins, Nelson Jenkins and ArDarius Washington are the other eight in-state players to commit to the Coach O and the Tigers for 2018.

Congrats to Kenan Jones and best of luck to him in Baton Rouge in 2018 and beyond!
