Tennessee and Florida kick off the day’s action as the Vols look for an unlikely road sweep against the Gators. Coming into the weekend, Tennessee was 1-8 in SEC play and had lost their first six conference clashes before picking up a victory over Georgia. This is a disastrous spot for Florida to be in.
LSU and Arkansas get going next, and if their game is anything like Saturday night’s, it’s going to be a wild one. The Razorbacks led 8-1 going into the seventh inning. LSU added a run in the seventh, then three in the eighth to head into the ninth down 8-5. What followed was... well, just look at the play-by-play.

LSU scored FIVE more runs in the ninth to pull off a 10-8 victory. It was a big win for the Tigers who dropped Friday night’s opener to Arkansas. Sunday is now a rubber match.
Continuing on down, Auburn and Texas A&M also play a rubber match in College Station. Auburn won Friday night while the Aggies picked up a victory on Saturday.
Kentucky and Mississippi State play a rubber match, as well. You’re going to want to watch this one if possible, if only because Brent Rooker has turned into a destroyer of worlds.

Rooker, already the reigning SEC Player of the Week, will likely be retaining the award for this week.
Finally, Ole Miss goes for a sweep of Alabama in Oxford.
