The Tampa Bay Buccaneers used the 107th pick in the 2017 NFL Draft to select LSU Tigers linebacker Kendell Beckwith!

Beckwith’s selection is the last of Day 2 and is the fifth Bayou Bengal to be picked in this year’s draft. He joins linebacker Duke Riley, offensive lineman Ethan Pocic, cornerback Tre’Davious White, safety Jamal Adams and running back Leonard Fournette as Tigers picked in this year’s draft.

Beckwith is the latest LSU linebacker to be drafted, joining his fellow mate Riley who was picked by the Bucs’ NFC South rival, the Atlanta Falcons, earlier in the third round. He and Riley are among the many linebackers including Falcon Deion Jones, Buccaneer Kwon Alexander, whom Beckwith will be playing alongside, Lamin Barrow, Barkevious Mingo, Kevin Minter and Kelvin Sheppard among others since 2011 to be drafted as Tiger LBs.

Best of luck to Kendell Beckwith in the NFL!
