2017 NFL Draft: Zach Cunningham drafted by the Houston Texans

The first Vandy player is off the board!

For the first time since 2012, the Vanderbilt Commodores have had a defensive player selected in the first two rounds of the NFL Draft.

The Houston Texans selected LB Zach Cunningham with the 57th pick in the 2017 NFL Draft.

Cunningham joins safety Andre Hal as the second Commodore on Houston’s roster.

Congratulations to Zach Cunningham and best of luck to him in Houston!
