We have eight games coming for you on Tuesday’s SEC baseball slate, with one in-conference matchup.

The first key game of the day is between Missouri and Missouri State. The Tigers come in to the matchup 27-14 overall and 8-10 in the SEC. Missouri State comes in ranked 16th in the RPI and is 27-13 overall and a perfect 9-0 in MVC play. Mizzou will be looking to get back on track after dropping two of three to Ole Miss over the weekend. The player to watch in this game is Missouri’s Connor Brumfield, who is leading the Tigers with a .331 average this season. The in-state rivalry can be caught on ESPN3 at 7:30.

The second key matchup of the day comes to you on the SEC Network at 7:30. Mississippi State and Ole Miss will face off in Oxford as 13th ranked Mississippi State comes into the game 28-14 overall and 13-5 in the SEC, good for the best in the SEC West. The Rebels are coming off a series win against aforementioned Missouri over the weekend and are currently 25-15 overall and 9-9 in the SEC. The player to watch will be Brent Rooker, who is leading the Bulldogs with a ridiculous .400 batting average this season.

The third key game on the Tuesday schedule is 11th ranked LSU going on the road to take on Tulane. LSU is 27-14 overall this year and 10-8 in the SEC. It will be interesting to watch to see if LSU struggles on the road, as they are 4-7 away from Baton Rouge this year. Tulane sits at 20-21 on the season and 8-4 in AAC play. They have struggled in games outside the conference, going 12-17 in out of conference games.
