Leading Off...
Of the four teams in action on Thursday, all four were able to scoop up victories. Most did so by rather ridiculous margins of victory. Tennessee defeated Southeastern Louisiana 8-0, Mississippi State defeated Alabama State 10-0 and Auburn one-upped both of them with a 15-0 win over Liberty. No. 1 Florida decided to one-up all of them though, grabbing a 17-0 win over Long Beach State.
So, pretty successful day at the office eh?
As we embark on Friday, there’s plenty to look forward to. The aforementioned Gators take on 18th-ranked Cal for starters, and 25th-ranked Mizzou takes on 4th-ranked Oregon. Then, later, those same Gators battle 8th-ranked UCLA. Not too bad eh?
