Leading Off...
Auburn beat Florida 1-0, but that wasn’t the biggest thing to come out of the game.
No, there was an altercation!

Yup, that’s Haley Fagan and Gators coach Tim Walton getting into it alright!! No word on if anything extra will get tacked on here, but certainly there were fireworks last night in this one.
Anyways, Auburn was able to avoid the sweep with a 1-0 victory over the Gators. The lone run of the game was put up on the board by Kendall Veach who took Delanie Gourley deep with a solo shot in the top of the second inning.

The 9th, 11th and 19th-ranked teams in the country are in action on this Tuesday. The 19th-ranked Vols take on Liberty in a doubleheader as Tennessee looks to continue their winning ways. They’re on the heels of a three-game sweep of Ole Miss and a 9-2 win over the North Carolina Tar Heels last week, and have won five in a row dating back to their victory last Sunday vs. Arkansas.
11th-ranked LSU faces off with UL Monroe, and the Tigers have been on an impressive roll of their own. Dating back to March 12, LSU has won nine of their last 11 and five in a row dating back to March 18. This includes their most recent three-game sweep of Georgia which included a doubleheader sweep back on Sunday. The Tigers have outscored their opponents 17-8 in this five-game winning streak and posted back-to-back shutouts in the doubleheader vs. the aforementioned Bulldogs.
Before their trip to Columbia, Missouri later this week, 9th-ranked Alabama welcomes 10-15 Kent State to Tuscaloosa. The Tide are 30-4 to this point in the season and just took two of three against the South Carolina Gamecocks. A 14-0 shutout loss to South Carolina stymied their run differential in the series, but wins are wins, and the Tide have to like where they’re at to this point in the year.
South Carolina and Mississippi State are the other teams in action on Tuesday. The Gamecocks battle Furman while the Bulldogs face off with the Southern Miss Golden Eagles.
