South Carolina will hit the field for a doubleheader against the Winthrop Eagles. The Gamecocks, 12-2, are riding a four-game winning streak while Winthrop enters play riding a three-game winning streak. Something’s gotta give, as they say.
Elsewhere, Alabama faces UAB, LSU tangles with Southern Miss and Mississippi State battles Southeastern Louisiana. The Crimson Tide will be tasked with facing the Fighting Trogdors so best of luck to them with that.
