ESPN officially announced on Thursday night that a documentary on Kentucky Wildcats coach John Calipari will air in April.
The film, entitled One and Not Done, is the latest addition to the acclaimed 30 for 30 series that started all the way back in 2009. The trailer was broadcasted during the airing of the most recent 30 for 30, This Was the XFL.

From the trailer, we can expect to see lots of this doc to be centered in on the one-and-done rule and Calipari’s recruiting practices, his successful stints at UMass and Memphis that were not without controversy in the wake of his departures from both schools and perhaps plenty more.
The only surprise really is that this won’t be aired on Selection Sunday. In the past, ESPN has had basketball-focused documentaries air following their Bracketology broadcasts (Survive and Advance, The Fab Five, Requiem for the Big East and I Hate Christian Laettner to be precise). Instead, the documentary will air on April 13, 2017.
