There were plenty of changes at the top this week. As a result, the Top 4 of the College Football Playoff has been turned upside down.
This time around, it’s the Auburn Tigers who have the highest spot of any SEC team. The Tigers rank No. 2 behind the Clemson Tigers in this week’s edition following their win over the Alabama Crimson Tide. This ranking all but assures that Auburn will make the CFB Playoff if they win Saturday’s SEC Championship Game.
Speaking of ‘Bama, they and the Georgia Bulldogs are on the outside looking in at No. 5 and No. 6. The Tide are ranked 5th, just on the cusp, while the ‘Dawgs are ranked 6th.
The remainder of the Top 4 features the Oklahoma Sooners at No. 3 and Wisconsin Badgers at No. 4.
