Series History
Kentucky leads the all-time series, 15-14. The Wildcats won last year, as well. It was pretty memorable.
After a strong start to the year, the Kentucky Wildcats went 2-3 in their final five SEC games to come into this one at 7-4. Kentucky went 8-5 last year, so a win against Louisville would really go a long way in improving upon last year’s total. It won’t be easy, though. Lamar Jackson remains one of the best quarterbacks in college football and will be huge test for the Wildcats. Jackson threw three interceptions against the Wildcats last season, the only game in which he had multiple interceptions.
It’s tough to get a read on this game, as it so often can be in rivalry games. It’ll be fun and chaotic, and that’s really all we can ask for.
