The Southeastern Conference is now represented by 13 former players in the American League and National League Championship Series.

Georgia leads the way with four former players, all of which will play in the NLCS. Kyle Farmer, Josh Fields and Alex Wood will suit up for the Los Angeles Dodgers while Justin Grimm will be in the bullpen for the reigning World Series champion Chicago Cubs. Dodgers manager Dave Roberts said Wood will start Game 4.

Alabama, Arkansas and LSU each have two former standouts remaining. At the start of the divisional round, Auburn was the lone school not represented in the postseason but with the Nationals being eliminated Florida and Missouri will also not have a former player in the playoffs.

The AL is the most represented with seven players, including four on the AL wild-card winning New York Yankees and three on the AL West champion Houston Astros. LSU is the only school with two AL players in Alex Bregman and Will Harris with the Astros. Former Arkansas standout Dallas Keuchel will start Game 1 for Houston.
