TSK Picks Week 11’s Games

Who do the Team Speed Kills contributors think will win this week?

NCAA Football: Mississippi State at Alabama Marvin Gentry-USA TODAY Sports

The Deep South’s Oldest Rivalry between Georgia and Auburn headlines week 11 of the SEC slate and is drawing some interest from the Team Speed Kills staff this week as a possible upset. As with every week, the TSK contributors have made their picks of who they think will win each game.

Of the ten contributors making picks this week, three staffers are taking the Tigers to win at home over the number one team in the country. If the Tigers pull the upset, they could potentially play themselves into the playoff but, one would have to surmise, would need a ton of help nationally.

Outside of the game in Auburn, there is not a ton of debate amounts the picks this week. A single staffer is taking Mississippi State to pull an upset over Alabama in Starkville while yours truly was the only staffer to take Tennessee to beat the resurgent Missouri Tigers. If Missouri does top Tennessee, the Tigers will quietly be on the verge of bowl eligibility with Vanderbilt and Arkansas to come.
