Introducing New Writer, Bryan Manning

Hello, SEC fans.

My name is Bryan Manning and I'm the newest addition to Team Speed Kills. I'm honored and privileged to join this site covering all things SEC.

A little background on me: I come to Team Speed Kills after spending the last few years at Bleacher Report. At B/R, I covered all things college football and college hoops. Specifically, I was the team writer for Virginia Tech and Clemson on the gridiron and Virginia on the hardwood.

For the past three seasons, I covered SEC football, from Alabama to Vanderbilt, working game days for all SEC teams. Over this time, my love for the game of recruiting blossomed. Recruiting is a fun follow, even more so now with the war between Nick Saban and Jim Harbaugh.

For my day job, I work in the engineering department of a major telecommunications company. But really, it's all about sports for me. Sports and writing are my passions and I'm excited about joining this team of talented writers to cover the nation's best conference and most fervent fans.
