2016 SEC Softball Tournament: Bracket, TV schedule

The 2016 SEC Softball Tournament field has been set and the bracket is now out in the open.

The Florida Gators and Kentucky Wildcats are the two teams to beat as they are the No. 1 and 2 seeds respectively in this year's event. Joining UF and UK with first round byes are the Tennessee Volunteers and Auburn Tigers who fetched the No. 3 and No. 4 seeds.

The Arkansas Razorbacks and Vanderbilt Commodores were unable to make this year's field of 12 after disappointing seasons. Edging them out at the No. 11 and No. 12 positions were the South Carolina Gamecocks and Mississippi State Bulldogs who will face the Missouri Tigers and Alabama Crimson Tide respectively.
