NCAA Football: SEC Championship-Alabama vs Florida Jason Getz-USA TODAY Sports

Welcome to our first edition of Around the SEC in the post-regular season portion of the 2016. Feels weird, doesn’t it? Like the season just started...

Bowl season is upon us. Yesterday, ICYMI, 12 teams from your favorite conference’s favorite conference were tabbed to go bowling later this winter. That of course includes the king of the conference who will play in the College Football Playoff for the third consecutive year.

Let’s go around the conference now, shall we?
