National Signing Day 2015: Get Ready

Here's your morning primer to college football's Christmas morning.

Jonathan Dyer-USA TODAY Sports

Happy National Signing Day! Did you hear somewhere that it was no longer football season after Sunday night? You heard wrong.

What do you need to know to get the day going? This.

Roll Tide!

Of all the drama the day will bring, who will have the No. 1 class is not part of it. Alabama has this thing sewn up and has for a while.

Schedule!

There are a lot of commitments happening today, so keep track of when they're happening with SBN's handy schedule right here.

Most of the action is coming in the morning, with five big commit announcements scheduled to come in both the 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. ET hours and seven in the 11 a.m. ET hour.

Watch!

Bud Elliott and Dan Rubenstein are doing a live show today at both 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. Eastern. If you go into an office, ESPN is probably going to be blocked for you. This show? Probably not. Just sayin'.

And if Internet filters aren't an issue for you, you'll still want to check it out. Dan is a great host and no one knows more about recruiting than Bud does.

Intermission!

NSD gets weird sometimes. If nothing is going on at present or you're reading this early before any of the action starts, then read up on some of the wildest stories of signing day past.

Predictions!

Want predictions on where the eight uncommitted 5-star players are headed? SBN's recruiting staff has that right here.

That's not all. Several of the SBN team sites have predictions going too. Roll Bama RollCollege and MagnoliaRed Cup Rebellion, and Good Bull Hunting have their own foresights posted.

Links!

As of the time I wrote this up, Roll Bama RollArkansas FightDawg SportsAnd the Valley ShookFor Whom the Cowbell Tolls, and Rock M Nation had StoryStreams up for all of their coverage. Any of those links will take you right there to see what they have to say about their schools' hauls.

Arkansas managed to flip DB Willie Sykes from Nebraska last night.

College and Mag has a pretty neat recruiting map of Auburn's players.

Alligator Army wrote about the effect that keeping Will Muschamp after the 2013 debacle had on Florida's recruiting and why reading national guys who don't cover recruiting on UF's class might not be a good idea this year.

WR Darius Slayton flipped from Georgia to Auburn overnight.

Kentucky might have tipped its hand on previously unknown expectations for today.

Need a hype video? LSU made a hype video.
