The APR is not the best way to measure academics at NCAA universities. How well a school does on the measurement has a lot more to do with resources than anything else. In other words, it's another one of those things that are important only because the NCAA says they're important -- which means it's better to do well (or at least as expected) than not.
The numbers were released today, and no SEC teams were given any penalties or barred from the postseason next year. If you want to look at APR numbers by team and sport or by coach, as well as peruse some other academic data issued by the NCAA, you can do so here.
