Once again, I find myself with too little time to preview all the games this week in fuller fashion. Here are some quick thoughts on the two remaining games.
Clemson Tigers vs. South Carolina Gamecocks, 7 p.m. ET, ESPN2: The main question here is whether Victor Hampton and Jimmy Legree can hold down the backfield while the South Carolina defensive line does its thing. If that happens, there's probably going to be room for Connor Shaw and Mike Davis to make some progress running the ball. I always call South Carolina to win this game -- it's one of the elements of homerism that I allow myself on this blog. (At least consciously.) But it will be a close game. South Carolina 38, Clemson 34
Texas A&M Aggies vs. Missouri Tigers, 7:45 p.m. ET, ESPN: One element of homerism I won't allow myself is to call the Aggies to win this game. That's not to say that there's not a chance for that to happen; if Johnny Manziel goes off in his final regular-season game and avoids the backbreaking turnover, this could turn into a show that he wins easily. But I think Mizzou is a better team right now, and that's what I'm going with. Missouri 28, Texas A&M 24
