SEC Television Schedule, Week 11

The times and channels for this week's SEC football action.

Derick E. Hingle-US PRESSWIRE

The Game of the Century of the Year is gone, but there still are some intriguing match ups. Nick Saban gets his first crack at Johnny Football (and vice versa), LSU and MSU renew a rivalry that goes back more than you think it does, Missouri and Tennessee play for fifth place in the East. Oh yeah, and Georgia gets to use the Deep South's Oldest Rivalry as an East division coronation.

Also, note that there are two SEC Network games this weekend. Click on the SEC logo in the schedule tables below (either one works) to see which game will be on in which markets.

Texas A&M had some early success against LSU before running out of gas. Its lack of ability to capitalize fully on some early opportunities would hurt it badly in the second half. It will have to make sure it doesn't leave any points on the field if it is to have a chance at winning this one.

I have noted before that South Carolina has never defeated an Arkansas team that finished the year above .500. With the Razorbacks sitting on 4-5 and having two more ranked teams to go after this game (Miss State and LSU), a Gamecock win will not likely break that streak.

Few teams are as battle tested as Florida is, and as a result, few teams are as beat up as the Gators are. They get two cupcakes in a row beginning with ULL to heal up.

Especially after the near disaster against Troy, Tennessee really needs to win this game. Missouri, on the other hand, had some things to build on after a close loss to Florida. Should be a good game.

We're about to find out to what degree Georgia can still let it rip with now two of its best receivers out (Michael Bennett and Marlon Brown). If UGA thinks it can just walk in and win, Corey Lemonier and Tre Mason will make this a harrowing East clinching win for the Bulldogs.

Mississippi State is running out of chances to prove that it's any more special than its past couple of teams and that the 7-0 start wasn't entirely a function of the schedule.

The winner of this game clinches bowl eligibility. The loser will have to try to get there by beating an in-state rival that it has had trouble beating lately.
