Last week: 5-2 straight up, 6-1 against the spread
Season: 73-16 straight up, 37-48 against the spread
Last week I finally had a good week against the spread, but it's a bit too little, too late. Oh well. There's always next year.
Mississippi State (-6) over Arkansas 37-34
I think MSU is a bit beat up after playing three consecutive now-top ten teams, but I'm not confident enough in the Razorbacks to call for the upset. So, I'm going halfway and picking the Hogs to cover.
LSU (-19) over Ole Miss 30-17
The Rebels have shown an ability to hang with the best of the West, and I think LSU will come down a bit from the higher performance level of the past two weeks.
Missouri (-5.5) over Syracuse 27-13
The Orange just had a huge win over Louisville last weekend, so this game on the road has letdown written all over it. It's been a completely inconsistent team all year anyway, while Missouri is on a bit of an upswing.
Tennessee (+3.5) over Vanderbilt 40-37
The Volunteers have more to play for here, so I think they'll take it.
