SEC Tournament Day 3 Open Thread

Here's your schedule for today, with all times Eastern and both games on ABC:

Alabama is the only team breaking up the SEC East party, and it will need all of its defensive prowess when battling Kentucky today. The Wildcats got a big confidence boost yesterday in winning a close game away from home for once, though Alabama's confidence has to be high after coming back from the dead against Georgia. Still, Kentucky will again be looking to avenge a road loss today, and the 'Cats should be able to pull it off.

Florida is again looking to beat a team for the third straight time today, as UF swept both Vanderbilt and yesterday's opponent Tennessee. It's a rematch of a game from less than a week ago, as these two squared off in Nashville to close the regular season. Florida will need more consistency than it displayed yesterday to win, while the Commodores will need to display more defense than it did yesterday to win. Look for the Gators to complete their second three-game sweep in as many days with a victory.

The other bubble teams were unkind to Alabama and Georgia yesterday, with Michigan State, Penn State, Michigan, Clemson, UTEP, Virginia Tech, and St. Mary's all winning. The good news is that USC lost, which probably killed its chances, and Utah State held serve in the WAC.

Here's your bubble rooting guide for the day, assuming you want both Alabama and Georgia to make the Big Dance:

North Carolina over Clemson, 1:00 p.m. ET

Ohio State over Michigan, 1:40 p.m. ET

Duke over Virginia Tech, 3:00 p.m. ET

Temple over Richmond, 3:30 p.m. ET

Michigan State over Penn State, 4:05 p.m. ET

Utah State over Boise State, 10:00 p.m. ET
