SEC Schedule, Week 10

GAME OF THE WEEK

LSU at Alabama, Saturday, 8:00 ET, CBS

Here it is, the game we've all been waiting for since just after the season began. Who will assert its will and take the driver's seat in not just the SEC race, but the national title race itself?

SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 5

Vanderbilt at Florida, 12:21 ET, SEC Network

It says a lot about this season that if Vandy pulls an upset, the Commodores will have a better overall record than the Gators. A VU win would also just about assure it a bowl bid and all but eliminate UF from the postseason. Wow.

New Mexico State at Georgia, 12:30 ET, CSS

The late cupcake season arrives with this, the first of three garbage games of the day.

Ole Miss at Kentucky, 3:30 ET, ESPNU

The winner of this game picks up its first SEC win of the season. In November. Yuck.

Middle Tennessee at Tennessee, 7:00 ET, Fox Sports South

This would be garbage game No. 2. Sometimes MTSU teams are decent enough to scare an SEC squad, but this year's edition is not one of them.

South Carolina at Arkansas, 7:15 ET, ESPN

In any other week, this matchup of top ten teams would be the game of the week. This weekend? The first quarter is merely the appetizer for the main event. Notable stat: South Carolina has never beaten an Arkansas team that finished the year above .500.

Tennessee-Martin at Mississippi State, 7:30 ET, CSS

I'm not sure that anyone actually gets CSS, but that's fine because no one outside the stadium will be watching this game anyway given the available alternatives.
