Mississippi St. Bulldogs at UAB Blazers, 12 p.m., SportSouth
Well, unless you count South Carolina and Kentucky playing each other. But I digress.
So we'll simply laugh at Mississippi State and try to find something interesting about a pathetic UAB team that has been pathetic almost since it started playing football. (This is a combined 140-56 margin of loss this season with games against Florida, Tulane, East Carolina and Troy on the schedule.)
Fun fact? This one seems oddly appropriate.
1996 - In November, Conference USA Commissioner Mike Slive announces that the league presidents have voted to admit UAB as a football-playing member of the conference beginning with the 1999 season.
Don't get any ideas, Blazers.
