Whether the official here is guilty of "wrongdoing" or not, this is really inexcusable. No, it didn't affect the outcome of the game -- South Carolina ended up scoring. But watching the video (I had my back turned at that point when the game was live) has changed my opinion from, "eh, no big deal" to "that should never happen."
