Report: 12-Year SEC Schedule Coming Friday

CBS's Brett McMurphy is reporting that the SEC is going to announce its future football schedule for the next dozen years this Friday. Larry Templeton, who has headed up the scheduling committee, has already divulged that it will be a 6-1-1 format that preserves designated cross-division rivals. Years down the road it's not as controversial."

I have to agree with the man, and he certainly knows what he's talking about when it comes to controversial things becoming less so over time.
